Will buy again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value & effective, but on the bigger side *by M***S on 30 July 2025* I've been using these Xellerate NUTRITION BCAA tablets for a while now, and I find them to be both good quality and good value. Anecdotally, I really believe they help with my overall performance and recovery, especially alongside my regular protein intake. They are a bit on the powdery side, so you might notice a bit of white residue if you place them down or if some transfers to your clothes after handling. Personally, I don't find them difficult to swallow, but they're definitely some of the bigger tablets I've come across - around the size of a 20 pence piece. So, if you usually struggle with larger pills, you might find these a bit of a challenge.
