I have dark hair, but my hairdresser recommended using the light brown as this still keeps the natural colour but just works on the grey. I have short hair so do not need to use the whole contents in one go, instead I use a pipette to measure out a small but equal amount from each of the included bottles, so one box lasts me a few months.
