Review: Very nice shade. - Good quality shade. Easy mounting. We had trouble with too much sun shining in and this solved the problem. We still get the light but not the glare. One thing I would suggest. If you measure correctly don’t check the box that says make a little smaller in case you measured wrong. My mistake.
Review: Measure twice - Make sure you clearly mark direction of shade I made due with sideways operation instead of up and down.

**Q: I am not able to keep it all the way close, opened, or at any length. are there more instructions?**
A: Dear customer, please move the pull rope connector on the bottom rail to adjust the tension---find the most suitable position to pull the left & right side ropes to the straightest, then fix the screws so that the fabric can run in a balanced manner.

**Q: What does “deduct 0.1” for easy installation mean? Do I need to deduct something from my measurements?**
A: Dear customer, please give us the exact net width & height of the opening, we will default make the deduction. (The width please measure the inside surface horizontally in 3 places: top, middle, bottom; the height measure: left, middle, right).

**Q: For measurement, should I measure the the height and width of the window glass or should I include the frame too?**

Works well. Tensioning the cords not well explained. Err on the small side when measuring. Mine came cut 1/16” too wide (rather than the 1/10” narrower they state) and needed grinding.
