Assembly is straight forward though some of the castors took some muscle to pop in. The castors are 360 round style as opposed to typical wheels which I love but it does roll around easily with no option to lock the wheels. The tilt feature was also confusing as in the video it's demo'd by twisting the thing in the middle, but tilting locks and unlocks by sliding in the raise/lower "pedal" in and out like on most office chairs. Cushioning/padding is good though I wish it was a little cushier.

Took a while to arrive but this chair is beautiful and a great size. Not for those who want a high back chair. Assembly is straight forward though some of the castors took some muscle to pop in. The castors are 360 round style as opposed to typical wheels which I love but it does roll around easily with no option to lock the wheels. I’m really happy with this chair! It was easy to assemble, feels sturdy, and looks even better in person.
