Review: Just what I needed. - Great product, was bigger than the hood so cut to size. This is exactaly what you want so that you can get a good fit. Easy to cut and does the job. The product arrived folded up and this was not a problem as the fold disappeared when mounted in the hood. Being Carbon it will reduce smells, however my extractor vents outside so smells are not a problem, if you extractor vents internally then this is the product for you.

A: I wouldn't use it for pets.  It's coated in fire retardant which is highly toxic and carcinogenic.

**Q: Does the filter paper need to go next to the grid and then the filter on top ?? Or the other way round.**
A: yes paper next to the inlet grill to catch the grease and then the carbon filter to deal with the smells

**Q: Is this OK for Neff air recirculating hood which usesblack filter material with metal metal to hold in place?**
A: Hi,  I would consider this a good alternative filter to use but to be sure ask the customer support department where the hood originated. Basically a filter is a filter and as long as the metal frame has holes throughout it will be fine.  Hope that this helps.

Great product, was bigger than the hood so cut to size. This is exactaly what you want so that you can get a good fit. Easy to cut and does the job.
