She went for a brisk walk and has been wanting to go for brisk walks ever since.As for the cramps, we're not sure, she has been taking Borage Oil as well as the Maca (which also contains B6 and Zinc) and also Magnesium Citrate, and this has helped immensely with Hormonal swings. The cramps have got slightly better, so we are hoping this is all helping, a much better and healthier alternative to what was offered by her GP. She has turned from vegetarian to vegan and the whole family has followed suit. We are all much healthier, with our low-protein high-carb diet. Going back to Maca, she wants to carry on taking it to see if she can reduce the cramps she gets. I would say, it's worth a try just for energy it's given her. She says not to take it at night though, unless you want to be wide-awake and running up the walls. Take it in the morning instead. Price-wise I think it's very reasonable, as it's 2 months supply.
