A: It is the same as a 19mm socket I think you need a 19mm tube spanner you can get them on Amazon good luck.

A: Yes, sizes mentioned in description. But my tool bended after first use and socket cracked. You will probably waste money buying this.

While the hole unit is strong and it's gotten me out of a few rough patches this is me just being picky, this unit itself is strong and is rather sturdy however when choosing to extend the arm it can get tough and really quite stuck, and the rubber handle I presume is not as snug fitting as it should be as it twists and pulls off with ease.
