The diffusers don't soften the light a great deal but I attached these to a brolly head to shoot through a diffuser brolly instead and the results are great. If I was being picky: 1. It would be nice if they were a touch brighter 2. You don't seem to be able to buy barn door attachments to fit these which is a shame 3. It would be nice if the brightness and colour values could be changed independently 4. Power cable is a bit short so look to add batteries if you need flexibility on-site That said, for the price these are absolutely fantastic.
