In my personal experience, this will last you for a long time and will not go bad, as long as you keep it in the fridge and only use clean spoons to scoop from it. And it definitely saves me some coins compared to the tiny little ones I usually find in the local stores. If you're not familiar with Gochujang, but you like some heat, you'll like this. It has a nice kick, but it's not only heat, the paste is full of flavour, very tasty. It has a nice and thick, smooth texture, perfect for making tangy sauces with a kick.
