This garment fits comfortably around the arms and chest section. The option to hook it at 3 different tightness was good and arm compression sufficient to hold things together. It is not as tight as the one my doctor gave me but it is far more comfortable and allows me to be more mobile as recovery progresses. The garment washes well (machine wash 30/delicates in a mesh lingere bag) and hang dries quickly. I purchased both the black and beige versions and interchange and wash them every day with no issues. The slight annoyance was that the seam is at the underarm which may sit right on your incision line - so whenever I put it on, I ensure the seam is not aligned to my incision points - problem solved.
