Any experience with that?** A: There’s no expectation date. The bisquettes are delicate. The number one item to avoid is moisture. They will crumble. Store unused bisquettes in a zip loc bag and squeeze most of the air out of the bag before zipping it. **Q: Do you soak these in water before putting in your smoker** A: No, you do not soak the bisquettes in water.
