Thanks!** A: Hi Hannah- while this supplement did seem to help a little, even taking 15 pills a day (equal to one 15mg. of deplin), it really didn't come close to how much better I feel taking deplin. So in my opinion- not the same & not worth it. And also, I recently started taking the deplin capsules instead of tablets, and for me at least, I found that worked even better-it made a big difference in my mood over the tablet form.
