These wrist straps are excellent quality and extremely durable! I’ve been using them for a few months and they offer unparalleled support when lifting heavy weights where I need the additional grip strength to focus on my back muscles. They’ve now become a crucial part of my back day and are necessary to help with my lifting performance. They’ve also provide security with lifting heavy weights and helps to reduce the risks. They have silicone “sticky” side that really grips the bar/handles well. Relatively expensive but have been good value when considering their quality and durability.
