Review: Great Tape! - I don't write reviews often, but this tape is brilliant. I use this tape for protecting my thumbs when deadlifting with a hook grip and it is fantastic. It sticks to your thumbs well and stops the knurling on the bar destroying the skin on your thumbs. I have had no problems with the tape unsticking and found it relatively easy to tear with one thumb taped. It should be noted that you get three rolls per pack which is good value. They even provide a handy guide showing you how to wrap your thumbs properly. The tape is great for beginners and experienced weightlifters. I would highly recommend this product.

I don't write reviews often, but this tape is brilliant. I use this tape for protecting my thumbs when deadlifting with a hook grip and it is fantastic. It sticks to your thumbs well and stops the knurling on the bar destroying the skin on your thumbs. I have had no problems with the tape unsticking and found it relatively easy to tear with one thumb taped. It should be noted that you get three rolls per pack which is good value. They even provide a handy guide showing you how to wrap your thumbs properly. The tape is great for beginners and experienced weightlifters. I would highly recommend this product.

This tape is easy to apply and the adhesive has enough staying power for even the heaviest of deadlift sessions. It makes a significant impact on how well I'm able to hook grip and how comfortable it is to maintain this grip throughout a training session. Removal is also very easy too, leaving no residue. It is however a bit pricey, so I've knocked a star off my rating for that. However, if price is not an issue, I heartily recommend this over your standard athletic tape.
