I have a weakened LES so acid comes up very easily. I felt this product helped better than slippery elm. It was one of many remedies and felt it a good aid.They don’t mix well with water and taste isn’t great but when your suffering you can swallow anything that is going to help.Give them a try and add a DGL and zinc L carnosine.Don’t take caffeine or alcohol as these weaken the oesophagus even more.Do your research and cut out anything that is aggravating your symptoms.
