Took us 1 hour 45 minutes to assemble. The directions are horrible as they have no words just pics. Lots of screws and nuts. It is a sturdy windmill and great quality just a pain to put together. Just be prepared for it to be a project to assemble. We had to look at the product pics on Amazon to help us out.
