Brilliant to use with the audio. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant advice *by E***R on 8 August 2020* Following a 3 year 'break' from learning guitar (back in 2017), I picked it back up again last month, in an attempt to teach myself it from scratch (this time, on my own, rather than in-person lessons). I had spent the first two weeks watching YouTube tutorials, and although I was picking up the methods alright, the switching between chords was a nightmare. About to give up, I decided to look for a book which may help me (I tend to learn from books better than other methods), and stumbled across this one. When the book arrived, I was over the moon to discover how useful it really is! The practice techniques (back of the book) work so well; bearing in mind I had been struggling with chord changes for a fortnight prior (the same as I did in 2017), in under an hour I had nailed my first chord changes, switching between them much faster at 120bpm+. I admit I am nowehere near perfect, but as the author mentions himself, building muscle memory first is the most important thing. I can't stress how useful this book is, and would recommend it to anyone wanting to build on their chord knowledge/ practice. My only complaint is about the quality of the product. Having bought a brand new copy, I was disappointed to find the front cover mucky/ sticky (I don't know what was on it, but as a sufferer of OCD, this bothered me quite a bit). However I acknowledge that this is not a reflection on the product itself, and I managed to clean it off.
