## Description

From the manufacturer PzKpfw II Ausf. F Delays in the production of the first German main battle tanks led to the use of the armoured fighting vehicle II. After successful deployment in Poland and France at the beginning of the Second World War, it was also used in Russia and North Africa, although in the meantime it had become inferior to the enemy tanks. The "F" version developed in 1941 had reinforced front and side armour and with a weight of 9.5 tonnes reached a speed of 40 km/h. Review: Great kit and value for money - I enjoyed making and painting this Revell kit. Considering the 1:72 scale there is a good amount of detail and the finished result is satisfying. I was originally going to dock a star, because I was experiencing a lot of difficulty fitting the tracks, but decided that this was due to my ineptitude, rather than a failing of the kit. I eventually overcame this issue by using a CA superglue gel adhesive, without this I would I would not have been able to complete the kit. I think this kit is great value for money, but the many small parts and awkward tracks means it is not suitable for beginners.

I enjoyed making and painting this Revell kit. Considering the 1:72 scale there is a good amount of detail and the finished result is satisfying. I was originally going to dock a star, because I was experiencing a lot of difficulty fitting the tracks, but decided that this was due to my ineptitude, rather than a failing of the kit. I eventually overcame this issue by using a CA superglue gel adhesive, without this I would I would not have been able to complete the kit. I think this kit is great value for money, but the many small parts and awkward tracks means it is not suitable for beginners.

Lovely little kit for a beginner and relaxing for the more experienced, detail for this scale is quite good and minimal to no flashing. All the parts fitted without any rework which is more than I can say for some of the airfix kits at this scale, at this price given the quality you can't really go wrong.

Old matchbox kit which fits together well. Seems a little small when positioned hext to the figures. I reversed the ruined wall buildings, added some scap plastic and painted it up to create a small wrecked structure for wargaming.
