Left Zip：When you lie in sleeping bag to rest, the zipper is beside your left arm;
Right Zip：When you lie in sleeping bag to rest, the zipper is beside your right arm;
And you can see the letter L or R at the bottom of the storage bag. L represents the Left Zip,and R represents the Right Zip.

**Q: How do I  fully open this to be a mat. I got one with one zipper at the bottom but there are two zippers at the side going in opposite directions.**
A: you can open this sleeping bag to be a mat,simply unzip the both bottom and side zip.
How to open the side zipper? it is a two-way zipper, just move the two zipper heads together to the bottom of the zipper,must be the bottom and align two zipper heads,then you can unzip it.I hope my answer can help you.
It is worth mentioning that side zipper can be pulled in two way directions to facilitate ventilation.

This HiZYNICE Cold Weather Sleeping Bag is less of a sleeping bag and more of a portable heated apartment with a zipper. I bought it for cold-weather camping, and I’m fairly certain this thing could survive an Arctic expedition, a blizzard, or possibly the next Ice Age. First of all — the XXL size is AMAZING. Finally, a sleeping bag clearly designed by people who understand that adults enjoy things like breathing, turning over, and not sleeping wrapped like a refrigerated burrito. There’s actually room to move around comfortably without performing advanced yoga maneuvers at 2 AM. The 100% cotton flannel interior is ridiculously soft and cozy. The moment you crawl inside, your brain immediately starts negotiating reasons to never leave. It feels less like camping and more like being hugged by a very warm bear that pays your electric bill. And the warmth? Unreal. I used this during cold weather and at one point had to unzip it slightly because I was beginning to suspect I had accidentally entered another climate zone. This thing traps heat so well I’m convinced nearby campers were slowly migrating toward my tent like penguins during a snowstorm. The build quality is excellent too. Heavy-duty zippers, durable materials, and thick insulation all make it feel extremely well-made and built for serious outdoor use. Despite being oversized and super warm, it still rolls up surprisingly well for transport and storage. Whether you’re camping, hunting, working outdoors, RV traveling, or simply preparing for winter survival against suspiciously aggressive weather forecasts, this sleeping bag is fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys warmth, comfort, personal space, and surviving cold temperatures without becoming a human popsicle. Absolute beast of a sleeping bag!
