**Q: Are these particularly heavy ? Looking for something lightweight but sturdy**
A: Yes, they are light. One shoe is 375 g compared to the hitecc walking shoe I was using which was 508 g. I have had them for several months, doing around 5k each day and they are not showing any wear. The laces supplied were only 125 cm long, not enough for a double knot. I replaced them with 140 cm laces.

**Q: I am size uk 12 which is usually equivalent to 47 eu. it is showing 46 eu in the size chart. what size should i get?**
A: If you order the size UK 12, you will get the EU 46. Hope this helps.

**Q: Suitable for wide feet?**
A: I have very wide feet and they are not wide enough. They do not look wide, so in my opinion they are for average width.

**Q: Are these suitable for running?**
A: If you're a serious runner you might need serious running shoes. I would say yes you can run in them, but for me I use them for long fast walks with the dog on all terrains, ie coastal path, woods, fields, hills, valley's, roads and footpaths, in all weathers. They are extremely comfortable, so yes you can run in them. However if your running 10 miles or more you might need something more bespoke. To be honest they are multi-functional, if your just going to use them for running then get running shoes would be my advice. If you're going to use them for all types of activity then these are for you.
