The Genuine Franke 02 filter is the correct filter for your system. If you have a particular issue with limescale, the Genuine Franke 05 filter removes the limescale. If you choose this filter please ensure the flow of water through the filter is running at 30 seconds per litre. **Q: How often should these filters be changed, please?** A: It depends how much you are using - if a family usage I would say every 6 months, if a couple / single usage I would say once 12 months - Franke will try to get you to change more often but you will start to tell when it needs it as taste alters a little **Q: Will this fit a steel cartridge holder?** A: We had an original plastic filter holder that after about 10 yrs or more just exploded and started to flood the kitchen. Thankfully we were at home and were able to stop the water to the 'pure' tap.I was able to ring The genuine Franke People and Todd was just marvellous. He told us we needed a steel cartridge and one of the genuine filters.
