One thing to note is that even with the velcro straps and the other stuff I find that the cover moves a bit and that I will have to re-adjuest them every so often.

Seems well made and deep firm cushioning. Easy to fit, and they give you a waterproof cover to go over it if you have to leave your bike in the rain.
