Both my boys have suffered from eczema all over and we use Aveeno moisturiser on their bodies (my 3 year old on his face too) but Vaseline on their faces (my 7 month old has particularly bad eczema on his cheeks but we keep it at bay and avoid the steroid creams by using Vaseline).
