I have been on a strict diet and lack fibre and other nutrients that help with a bowel movement. It didn’t exactly work straight away like I thought it would, but after taking it for awhile now my bowel movement has gone back to being more regular. I was actually having long periods of constipation prior to taking this supplement and my stools were harder than rocks. You can just imagine the struggle I was in. Now I can say I am winning this battle. I would definitely recommend this product if you have any symptoms like what I described. You just need to keep drinking it and eventually it will work. I usually drink it with 400ml of water just to dilute the flavour and the extra liquid will only help aid you that little bit more. The orange flavour is pleasant enough but what I do is add a little bit of orange robinsons, and that makes it taste almost like a normal orange squash drink.
