Don’t scream when you look in the mirror (you will)you can just rinse away with water in your mouth to tone the colour down. Maybe not a good idea to go straight into a date without checking first though I feel. It will all disappear with two or three swills out. **Q: Is this suitable for kids? If so, from what age?** A: To be honest I wouldn't recommend it as I didn't find it to be any use. The tablets are like blackcurrant sweets and leave your mouth, teeth and tongue a sort of purple grey colour but doesn't show up the plaque. Some years ago you used to be able to get plaque tablets in Boots which were effective, but they are no longer available, I think. They work really well in finding the hidden plaque. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Avoid using before meeting royalty, or going on a first date! *by D***R on 23 May 2016* This type of thing used to be widely available in various chemists etc. - but apparently no more as I recently had a lot of trouble locating any. Useful things to check whether you are brushing thoroughly - I used them when I changed from manual to electric toothbrush - to check the results of my brushing technique. They are also often used for children, to train them to brush properly as it provides a "target" to clean obviously stained areas. The tablet is chewed and it colours plaque according to whether it is recently formed or previously missed! Try not to use them just before you go out (or meet the queen) as they temporarily also stain your tongue a funny colour! Product arrived quickly and appropriately packaged.
