I painted our exterior yard with it and it wore very badly. If you want to keep damp out it is great for walls but not floors. **Q: i have a room where we get condesation and have tried different mold and mildew paints. would this paint cover the existing paints?** A: Look on the web about painting on other paints. I believe it can. However rhe paint is more to keep what out. If you get condensation its generaly an insulation problem as warm air is hitting cold a cold surface. **Q: Should i use zinsser primer 123 before using thus paint** A: Yes. I did two coats on a basement wall, no damp . You then can paint on top.
