I’ve used this hand cream for years and never seen the key and hand cream sold together. I squeeze some cream into a small plastic pot with a lid and just keep refilling the pot. When I get to the end of the tube my husband squeezes the last bits out as he is stronger than I am! I then use a cotton bud to make sure I get every last bit of cream out.
