Replacement rope for red Vropes Fire 2.0 2.5-mm skipping ropes. This rope for the 2.5-mm Velites Sport red skipping rope with PVC coating has been especially designed for the Vropes Fire 2.0 Velites skipping rope. It is also suitable for other CrossFit, boxing or training ropes. IMPORTANT: please be sure to measure the diameter of the hole through your CrossFit skipping or training rope. The diameter must be 2.5 mm or greater for you to use this cable. Find your cables for speed ropes, training ropes and competition ropes that are perfect for your double jumps. You will need to choose one cable or the other depending on how you use your CrossFit skipping rope. For example, if you're starting to use your CrossFit skipping rope and still do double jumps, this 2.5-mm red beginner’s rope is the most suitable for you. On the other hand, if you are looking for a really quick rope to get the most out of your CrossFit double jumps, this is not really the cable for you. If you want to do this, we would recommend the 2-mm yellow rope or the 1.8-mm competition rope and the Vropes Fire 2.0 skipping rope. If you have a Velites, Vrope Fire 2.0 or Vrope Earth with these ends, you will need to choose the training or competition rope to best suit your needs. 4-mm green cable: designed for training and developing muscles. High durability and low speed. Not compatible with Vropes Fire 2.0. 2.5-mm red cable: designed for beginners. Medium durability and medium speed. 2-mm yellow cable: designed for double jumps.
