Would highly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked well for me. *by K***H on 27 April 2017* I have been using this item for a while now and have found it comfy but didn't want to leave a review until I had tried it out on a couple of longer journeys. I have a small car which is really a run around rather that a mile muncher on the motorway. Therefore the seats are not big and plush. I have had back surgery and find on longer journeys I can get stiff and a bit numb but this has certainly helped. It has reduced the preasure on my lower back and softened the bumps from the road quite well. The only fault for me using it in the car and not on a chair at home is that it is a little short front to back for the car seat. That said once you are driving you don't notice it as the seat moulds to you.
