Review: Does the job - It helps me digest large meals. Does what it says on the tin. A bit expensive compared to other brands but I guess you pay for the quality. If you are sensitive to lactose, you'd need separate lactase enzyme with a max strength in addition to this one.
Review: Excellent! - After developing a sensitivity to sugar after a severe stomach upset, I found I could not even digest the smallest amount of chocolate. This is a broad spectrum enzyme so it contains sucrase which is needed to digestion sucrose (sugar). Many enzymes don't contain this. I have found that after being on these enzymes for several months, my digestion has started to recover.
