The weights were a little dusty but most of the bits looked like they came off the cardboard box packaging. After a quick bleach wipe they were immaculate and fitted the steel bars easily. The locking nuts, although plastic seem to hold the weights on very well but future use and more training will reveal their true usefullness. After a quick work out with different weights, the grip was comfy and the weight swap over was quick and easy.
