It isn't light and mousse-like, it's quite thick and sticky and oozy. Delicious to spoon out of the jar. It would be nice mixed with chocolate tho **Q: Can this be used for s/mores?** A: Yes it can, it does them very well. **Q: can this be used as a cake filling** A: Hi there I used it as a chocolate cake filling once and although delicious it seemed to evaporate so wasn't good. However I've used it as a cupcake topping where it works brilliantly although a bit sticky! It is VERY sweet so little goes a long way. I bought this huge tub expecting it to be at least 3/4 full however when I opened it and put a spoon in, it all collapsed on itself. I waited an hour for the product to settle and it is exactly HALF full. I'm just getting a little tired of these huge containers that waste my cabinet space when they only contain half the intended content. It is such a waste of plastic and my time.
