Have used these for years and they’re excellent for immediate treatment of bumps, bruises, aches and strains. I’ve been kick boxing for a number of years and am getting old so I now buy in bulk. These instant cold packs are so useful for the immediate application of cold to an injury. They are very simple to use; squeeze the pack to pop the bag of water inside then shake to mix the water with the crystals et viola, instant cold.
