I feel like it challenges me in areas that other DVDS hadn't. I can do 95% of the poses no problem but it's the emphasis on the breathing techniques that I really find hard but not so difficult that it's off putting! I always feel great after wards and Tara Lee is very engaging. I have all of her Elements Series and I couldn't wait to add these to my collection. These two new editions are truly wonderful. Tara has such a calming voice that immediately soothes the soul.
