I wore them every other day . **Q: What country makes these?** A: It is made in South Korea. **Q: Can you use these on your lips as well?** A: No not meant for your lips . They make lip mask for a reason. **Q: I’ve had the jar unopened for a couple of years. Does the moisturizer evaporate? I’m not seeing or feeling any when I remove the eye patch.** A: I've purchased for my wife several times. She usually takes close to a year to 18 mos to use it. So far it doesn't seem to have dried up. She stores it in a dark closet with supplies and toiletries and makes sure it's closed tight after using. Maybe make sure it's tightly closed and store away from warm areas. Check on product when it arrives and make sure you close well after opening.
