The quality is good and after a good few weeks my hair does not seem greasy or plasticy like some other gels, whilst allow me to style my hair. Will it prevent me from grey, probably not, but I do feel a slight improvement in the quality/thickness of my hair but I am also using upgraded shampoo and conditioner. So. It does produce a good cast, but it scrunches out well. It holds the curl well and defines with little frizz. I would recommend giving it a try. It tends to be very reasonably priced and a tub lasts ages. The one thing I would advice is to not use too much. The morning after diffusing my hair I like to put some oil through for a bit of shine, as I shook my hair I realised that I had white flakey bits all over.
