Curious to say the least, am not sure that the black and white version brings much more? The colour version is so gorgeous. However I did find myself enjoying it a lot and seeing more detail... Am torn to be honest! The film IS improved in some areas and looses out in others.. I would have really liked to have seen some extended footage or such jiggery pokery in this version to give us a little something. A new score, a loss of a few lines of dialogue, a new scene or ten..
