You need to add this daily about an hour or two before lights go on. In my experience hair algae linked to light being on too long - you can get stuff to get rid of the hair algae - or get more plants or even better a co2 system **Q: If this reduces algae, is it ok for CAE and nerite snails??** A: dont think it is for reducing algae but it is fine with snails. **Q: Could this be used in soil for indoor plants ?** A: Probably not ....the doasage in a 90 litre tank is 1 mm ...in soil Probably half a bottle ...so wouldn't be cost effective. Try phostregen plant food ... **Q: Is this good for carpet grass?** A: I tried co2 and found it made no difference what so ever. I occasionally use plant fertiliser but my plants seem to do well without. Grass seems to grow well if the temperature is right, too warm and it dies.
