Review: Nice shades - will match color of your bulbs - Absolutely thrilled with the quality. These look fantastic! Easy assembly, and done right fast in two minutes. Hardware is above average. Significant upgrade. Allows more light through, so you don't need to pay as much $$$ for electricity on a brighter bulb. With a colored bulb (I'm using red) it takes on a charming hue. Underrated that when it comes to move this can come apart to be packaged for transport compactly. The two wire holders these shades come with are the right height to conceal the lamp's socket hardware. Nice added bonus feature: the shades take on a nice even glow of whatever color bulbs you put in... white, yellow, red, blacklight, etc... I'm really digging these as a nice upgrade. They fit my lamps perfectly. Def measure if yours match them in proportions before ordering.

I bought these to go on a vintage lamp that is an old black steam engine for the base. The shade makes it look like it's traveling under the stars at night. Very well made, easy to assemble. I would have like to just purchase one, rather than a set. I would highly recommend these lampshades.
