Dieser Honig ist nicht zu süß und hat eine wunderbare Tiefe, die man von industriell verarbeiteten Honigen nicht kennt. Qualität Dass der Honig unpasteurisiert und unfiltriert ist, merkt man sofort. Der Wildblumencharakter kommt deutlich hervor, mit einem feinen, natürlichen Süßeprofil und leicht floralen Noten.
