This may be different for your car of course. **Q: Will this work with fiat?** A: No, you need different cables and software for Fiat. But you could use something like Torque Pro app and compatible bluetooth OBD port adapter **Q: What does the ms /hs switch do?** A: Some modules are only accessible via the medium speed bus. The versions without the switch only access the high speed bus, which means you won't see all modules on the car. Depending on model, there may be no benefit to this, for example my 06 Focus ST only has one module on the medium switch - the Headlight Control Module, which when doing general diagnostics, isn't required. Newer cars may have more modules on the medium speed. **Q: Willis enable the cruise control functions?** A: Depends on the car make, model, year, etc. On my 2008 Ford Mondeo this cable can disable then re-enable the cruise control (factory fitted) using a program called ELMConfig. No issues encountered in downloading/installing the USB/Comm port driver from their Web site. It identified a rear wheel speed sensor as being the issue. Once the Sensor was replaced, I was easily about to reset the DTC to clear the fault. Note, that while the device worked well, Forscan reported that this OBD device is not a recommend one.
