I think its recommendations are 4-5 bird's. I believe they deliver to all areas of the main land delivey was quick and the coop was easy to build. Its not the strongest coop but ok for a few hens I would recommend painting it before putting it together as the treatment it comes with is not enough for winter months. **Q: Mine is leaking near the top of the nest roof.
