**Q: Where are these shipped from? It says dispatched between 1/2 months. Will I get these for Christmas. I live in ENGLAND.**
A: That message means that Amazon are out of stock, they may or may not get them back in stock by Christmas.

A: The only hard bit is the head. The body is soft.

**Q: Anyone having problems with these stopping working after a few weeks of receiving?**
A: No. Unfortunately not.
I’ve had this TWTT for well over a year, played with on the regular then forgotten about for a few weeks on and off. The damn thing still works fine.

**Q: How do you change the batteries**
A: As far as I can tell it isn’t possible to change the batteries.
