Three months in I found that instead of one revolution of deep sleep, I would get in two or even three. I also have less migraines and feel on a more even keep depression-wise. HOWEVER, I don't take the full dose they recommend as it can give you freaky dreams as well as being a fairly strong laxative. I take one-third of the recommended amount.
