Are the earbuds fully charged only when all three lights are on?** A: Yes **Q: Can you turn on/off by touching them?** A: Yes, you can. I just got mine and after playing around with it these are the controls: -1 tap = pause/play -2 taps = skip forward/backward -3 taps = volume up/down -hold (short) activate assistant -hold (long) turn off/on **Q: Are these good for phone calls?** A: I have been using mine for about one week. The sound quality is great - both for me and for the caller. I have experienced some difficulty in learning how to operate them however (I've never used them before). I have unintentionally hung up, not been able to answer a call, etc. I think this will get better as I keep using them. I'm still very happy with my purchase. **Q: The small silicone tip is still too big. Are there smaller ones I can use?** A: I had the same problem. While this pair of earbuds came with 4 options, none were small enough for my ear canals. I ended up buying AXLCD 16 piece ear tips from AMAZON. This gave me many more options. However, I had to alter the smallest option so they would fit into the charging case. It's something you are going to have to patiently play around with. Even with this, the option did not end up working for me. I simply could not keep them in my ears. I had to purchase earbuds with a secure ear piece. Please know these earbuds provide incredible sound! These wireless headphones are fantastic, period. I already started recommending them. However I discovered a flaw: i dont know if this is common knowledge with wireless headphones (because its my first pair ever) but i tend to keep one headphone on during the day when my kids are home. Well, that one headphone ran out of battery and i tried charging it with the other headphone already in the case that is fully charged…. Kid you not it was connected for a couple of hours. So once its done charging the lights stop blinking. So i was going to use them but the one dead headphone never charged. I guess when you have the dead headphone together with the fully charged headphone trying to charge, it wont. I am guessing because it does not know that one headphone is dead?. It’s like it tricks the case into thinking both are charged just because one headphone is fully charged. So i took out the one with battery and placed the dead one in the case to charge and now the lights are blinking. Either way i think for the price it is not a deal breaker for me and i will still highly recommend because as i said, they are great!!
