I was looking for a smart watch that wouldn't break the bank and this one has been pretty good so far. There wasn't a lot of instructions, but I figured it out. I honestly don't know how accurate the heart rate and B/P measurements are, but they don't seem to be too far off my normal. The step counter seems to be accurate. I don't use it a lot to answer phone calls, but I do like seeing text messages quickly. And, you can upload your own photo as your screen, but only one (but that was okay for me). I would like to wear at night to measure my sleep, but then the battery doesn't last through the next day if I haven't charged it.
