I have fibromyalgia and these help with some of the myriad symptoms of that as well. I would like to see the price come down as there are other malates that are a higher dose and cheaper (the horse tablets) which I am able to crush with the other end of my pill cutter (or in plastic bag and hit with a meat mallet). I am always on the look out for good quality supplements, especially to help with fatigue, brain fog and sleep. I would welcome any comments or suggestions for these problems. All in all these are good depending on what you want them for as of course we are all individuals, and supplements affect people differently. Such as malate, citrate, eap etc??** A: Hi Laura, Malate is especially used for fibromyalgia and is more expensive than citrate. The most expensive is L-Threonate, (a little too expensive in my opinion), but is the only magnesium that crosses the brain barrier. I have tried all of them. Do not bother with Oxide magnesium, it does not work at all as the body will not easily absorb the magnesium properly. The best is L-Threonate, then Malate, then Citrate. **Q: How big are the capsules?** A: The capsules are the smallest that I have come across. I have difficulty swallowing some tablets but these go down easily. I was really surprised by the answer that they are 1.8 cm long and I have just checked and it is correct. 5 mm across. As I say, they are the easiest to swallow magnesium tablets/capsules that I have taken. They also are a wonder for nerve problems and good for fibromyalgia pain. **Q: Hi need to see full ingredients list please before I can buy.
