It really does show through less than 3 coats (based on using Halford's white or grey primer). Btw, in my experience it's easier to rub & finish than Revell's product. **Q: Would this be suitable on a resin military model kit or should I use something else ?** A: Hello I have never used resin but I cannot see any reason filler will not work . With regard to paint I have a feeling it may help to acrillic flat varnish before adding a top coat. Try the filler and paint on an insignificant part of your model so any horrors will not damage the model.
