**Q: What’s the difference between this noodles & regular pasta from store? Ingredients looks quite a like. I thought ramen noodles is made of rice not whe**
A: Ramen noodles are made of wheat not rice. Big difference between regular pasta and ramen noodles are kansui (alkaline solutions, sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate) that is added to the noodles. Those alkaline solutions add texture and flavor to the noodle. So there are no such thing as organic ramen noodles. You might just want to call that pasta soup. Vietnamese dish call "pho" uses rice noodle which is not ramen.

**Q: How many bundles in a package?**
A: The noodles are not bundled together at all, its just a package of noodles. I was happy with them, I have a Japanese wife and I lived in Japan for about 4 years. Its tough to find anything Japanese where we live now so I was very pleased with this product.

A: Wheat flour, water, salt,  potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate, and beta-carotene

Originally bought as alternative to regular store noodles during Covid lockdown they are now my regular Ramen noodle. Good Portion size in individual paper tapes.

If you are missing Japan and would like a taste of ramen, this is the right noodle. It is good consistency and pairs well with dashinomoto seasoning (need to purchase separately). I have not used them to make authentic ramen, just simple hot noodles with broth. This seller also sells soba noodles, which are made of buckwheat. Both are fantastic. the item is authentic.

I've been buying these for a year now and so far still haven't seen better one on UK market. The flavour is unique and authentic. I use it for ramen. Perfect fit. Price wise better than what local stores have to offer.
