**Q: how long does it last?**
A: been using mine for 2 months so far and still going strong.

**Q: How do you recommend I use this? Do you place it inside right after training and leave it there until next training?**
A: Hey, yea that is what I do! It soaks up the sweat and the bad odour leaving the good scent from the gloves inside.

**Q: How long should I leave them in?**
A: I usually leave them in after each use until I next use my gloves, still smelling fresh

**Q: Are these ones refillable?**
A: Not that I’m aware of but they last a long time.  Mine still smell nice after a year old.
